2/02/2022 WMPO Pre qualifier out at Western Skies Golf course.

This was such an amazing experience trying to qualify for the waste management. A few weeks leading up to this event I had just switched over all my clubs to Srixon from playing pings my entire life. I knew if I put the trust in the clubs it would have been fine, but was still a bold move not fully getting used to the new set. As you can see on the scorecard, a lot of pars. I hit the ball pretty solid, but what let me down was my putting. I had a total of 5 lip outs that day and if I had made all of those I would have qualified into the second stage. Overall I was very proud of myself for trying to qualify and getting back out there. Tournament golf is no joke, but a great way to test your skills with some of the best professionals all over the country.
